Available positions range from Beer Program Lead to the front and back of the house (servers, bartenders, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, bussers, food runners, hosts, barbacks, and security personnel).

Since opening their first location in Grand Rapids, Michigan in January 2008, HopCat has been on an unending quest to ensure that their beer selection is the best in the world. Port St. Lucie will be HopCat’s 15th location. Including Florida, the locations are spread throughout nine states with a 16th location scheduled to open this summer in St. Louis.
The Grand Opening is scheduled for Saturday, March 31st. We all know craft beer aficionados love lines so to start one of their own HopCat will be giving a card good for a free order of Crack Fries every week for a year to the first 200 guests. Not only that but every guest in attendance during the Grand Opening will receive a free order of Crack Fries. Now, these aren’t just any fries. These fries are beer battered and topped with a black pepper seasoning. They are so good in fact that Food Network Magazine named them in their list of America’s 10 Best French Fries.
Beer Program Lead Duties:
Handles beer and alcohol inventory and ordering.
Coordinates with Regional Beer Program Manager and GM to develop and execute unique monthly beer events.
Updates beer menus, social, website and marketing materials as needed.
Coordinates with Kitchen Manager and Back of House team to develop and execute monthly beer dinners.
Supports and monitors performance of bartenders, barbacks, and charlies.
Handles bar walk-through inspections.
Serves as the point person for all bar and keg room related R&M.
